Moscow Brewing Company CJSC (MPK) was founded in 2006. Its main asset is the brewery located in Mytishchi – a Moscow satellite town. Oettinger brand belongs to TOP5 of the national leaders in Germany without ever advertising itself in the mass media. Oettinger Brauerei GmbH possesses five breweries producing 14 types of beer. According to the company own data its major brand Oettinger Original is the sales leader among German beer brands. Its sales volume last year equaled to almost 7 million hectoliters. They say in Oettinger that the secret of victory is absolute refusal to advertize in the mass media as well as the development of their own distribution network.

MPK tries to repeat this success in Russia. They have plenty of time for experiments, since they have closed the agreement with Germans for 40 years.
