NaviCon Group Company has automated the Russian subsidiary of ‘R. Stahl AG’ international concern in terms of localization of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV based corporate solution that ensured both the integration between the Russian subsidiary and the headquarters and the generation of necessary corporate and RAS reports.

The experience of the companies with an implemented ERP system shows that the development of the system functionality can go on even after the go-live date, and often this process is quite intensive. In this case Microsoft Dynamics NAV system development in Nycomed Company is not an exception. Since the go-live date 1.5 years ago the company has been ‘expanding’ the system functionality. The company positioned this task as a separate project.

The corporate management practice in WILO AG network is built on using the single information solution – Wilo Master Copy. This product has been developed according to the inter-corporate company requirements towards distribution, warehouse logistics and manufacturing organization processes. Based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Wilo Master Copy solution is used by the majority of Wilo daughter companies. In January 2004 the complex automation of the Russian office was completed according to the corporate standards.

Following the strategy of United Confectionary Manufacturers – the largest confectionary holding in Eastern Europe, Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation project was realized. The goal to implement this ERP-class system was to automate the distribution network. As a result the holding got a powerful tool for operation management.

In April 2006 NaviCon Company started Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation project to automate the corporate services department of IKEA Russia Company. In September 2006 the system went live. At present the company uses one and the same information system in 8 supermarkets in 5 Russian cities. The project resulted in the integration of the developed system with the existing IT-infrastructure, thus decreasing the work load for customer order processing by 30% and the accounts receivable by 10%. At the same time the analytical processing report system simplified the decision making process.

NaviCon Company implemented the new version and upgraded the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system within the scope of modernization project in the financial department of the Russian affiliate of Deloitte Company, the world-wide leader in the market of auditing and consulting services. As a result the report generation procedure for Deloitte consolidated financial statements was substantially simplified, whereas the level of its transparency and reliability was increased.
