Note: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server does not support any editions of Microsoft Windows Server 2000.

Software requirements towards Microsoft Dynamics CRM user software:

  • Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2 or Windows Vista
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 SP1 or Internet Explorer 7 (in case the web-client is used)
  • Microsoft Office 2003 SP3 or Microsoft Office System 2007 SP1 (in case client for Microsoft Outlook is used), plus Windows Installer (MSI) 3.1 and Indexing Service (the service should be installed and started).
