NaviCon Restaurants solution is built on IBM Cognos 8 Planning platform and is designed to automate the budget management of public catering networks. This solution helps to simplify:

• budgeting data collection procedures;
• creation, approval and confirmation of income and expense budgets for each restaurant;
• creation of consolidated income, expense and money cash flow budgets for the entire company.

This solution is primarily meant for the specialists from financial department and treasury of a management company.

NaviCon Restaurants solution on IBM Cognos 8 Planning platform provides:

• data collection about the expenses of each restaurant (including IT, contact center, etc. expenses);
• data collection about the expenses of a management company;
• data collection of salary funds from restaurants and the management company.

· Management company cost allocation per each restaurant in proportion and on different bases (restaurant income, quantity of restaurants in a concept, quantity of take-out orders, quantity of employees in a restaurant, etc.);

• budget approval and confirmation per cost centers;
• creation of the company cash flow budget based on income and expenses budget.

The solution provides annual budgeting with the possibility to modify budgets per quarters. The budgeting process involves the directors of restaurants, management companies and HR-service, thus simplifying the work of the financial department of a management company and increasing the personal responsibility of each participant of the process.
